A private residence that will serve as a space for meeting and greeting family, friends, and business partners in a relaxed, conversational setting. Over the next 2–3 years, this project will evolve into a private gallery-style environment, featuring a rich collection of art. The goal is to create a reflective and inspiring atmosphere—separate from the business world—designed to spark creativity and deeper connection.

The back farmhouse will serve as our education center, supporting HAPSystem.com by providing hands-on training and demonstrations. It will be used to educate contractors, general contractors, manufacturer representatives, account managers, store managers, supply house owners, and many others.
